Irish driver available with high level of media coverage

Hello folks,
having bitten off more than I can chew I have reluctantly decided to postpone my trip to Mongolia for a year, this means that I have let down my teammate a very funny guy called Jarlath who works for RTE. So I am looking for a team for Jarlath to join with that team guaranteed regular primetime on RTE radio and TV for the run up and duration of the rally. I f anyone is interested in helping me out on this I would much appreciate it, thanks
