The Mongolia Charity Rally is the ultimate off-road adventure. The only 100% charitable rally to Mongolia. Departing from London on 5 July 2008 with a spectacular Mongolian Naadam, it will be just you, your vehicle and 10,000 miles of adventure.

All the vehicles that make it to the finish are donated to a charity foundation in Mongolia. You can take any vehicle you want: make it hard and silly with something completely unsuitable, or take something more serious and open up more off-road country and give the charity a great vehicle at the end.

Full details are on the Mongolia Rally website including how to Sign-up

Don't want to go in July? We can help you travel at any time of year.
Not from the UK? Don't worry you can join us on the route. We are also working on a rally coming in from the US.

whilst having a go at a whole series of madcap stunts and challenges?

Each challenge will earn your team points, the more extreme the

North Korea

North Korea. The ultimate destination for a charity rally...

North Korea, or more correctly the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is probably the most reclusive nation on earth. Sealed off from the outside world for the 50 years since the end of the Korean war, the country has developed under a unique combination of communism and the 'juche' ideal of the Great Leader, General Kim Il Sung. With so little known about the country much nonsense is often written about the country. This rally is out to blow away all those myths.

Routes

The routes are going to be very limited, if at all. Driving into North Korea will be through either the border with Russia or China.

When can I sign-up?

Maybe tomorrow, maybe next year, maybe never. If anyone can get us into North Korea, it will be Koryo Group. They have spent over decade building up the trust of the North Korean guides and getting increasing access to the country.

Want to go to North Korea?

If you book a tour with Koryo group to North Korea please mention you heard about them through us, and Go Help will receive a donation.

Georgia Rally

Stalin

The Georgia Rally is a 10 day drive through Europe and Turkey to the incredible country of Georgia. We'll be setting off in August 2008.

Routes

The main route takes you through Turkey, with a whole host of different roads taking you through Europe to Istanbul. For those who really want some adventure, they can try coming into Georgia from the east: either through Kazakhstan and take the ferry from Aktau, or through Turkmenistan and take the ferry from Turkmenbashi. Both routes put you in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan from where it is a day's drive to the finish in Tblisi, Georgia.

Finish

In Tblisi we will be given a warm welcome with traditional Georgian feasting and copious quantities of the rightly famous Georgian wine.

What about visas?
Europeans will not need to get any visas in advance. Visas for Turkey and Georgia are available on the borders, and insurance for Georgia is available on the border.

When can I sign up?
Sign-up for the Georgia Rally will be opening in early 2008. Make sure you are on the mailing list to be the first to grab a place.
